So I am creating my server build and Master Audio continues to play when launching the server. Is there away to disable audio server side much like we do for graphics in order to keep the processing down? Is there a guide maybe on how best to do this?

I would suggest just not playing any audio until the server is ready. You can detect when that is done right?
Other than that you can try disabling the master audio gameobject until it's ready.
