I have many sounds that trigger regularly in my game (one by second). If the game is interrumped by the Alarm (on iOS) all the sounds stacks up and plays at once when after close the Alarm notification. This doesn't happen if I don't use MasterAudio and just call the Play method from an Audiosource.
In Android this doesn't happen because the game is not sound muted when the Alarm start to sound.

I have no idea about that one. Turn on "Log Sounds" to see if the sounds are being played by Master Audio or not. Watch XCode to see if it logs something for each sound that is played. If it does, you can look at the stack trace to see what event is firing them.
