You said you wanted to set things on a despawned game object but that might not even work. You can't call methods on a disabled script when it's disabled.
I don't really understand what you're trying to do or why.

sometimes levelsettings in inspector will not load, i dont even know why. Maybe my unity broke dont know.

No do you know a pooling called Obectpool manager from systemshots from asset store? its like that. varv bullet = getfromthepool; do stuff... bullet.setactive (true); this way Works but im only getting only one bullet and then the shot reset from the same place instead of instanciate another shot hell bullet;

why pool boss when asked about select to add a transform by the button instead of the drag way, shows nothing, but empty space?

You must drab a prefab from Project view, not from the Scene or it won't stick.

You just call the Spawn method, that's all there is to it.
