New official bug reporting rules

The vast majority of the time, we're not able to reproduce bugs reported by users from a description alone. So we no longer try since it takes longer to resolve that way and wastes time on both sides. Instead, you'll need to send us an example project that reproduces the error, with instructions. Note that you should remove the Bulk Audio Importer plugin before zipping up the project if you are going to post a link in the public forums. This is so people who have not purchased the plugin can not obtain source code. We will install the latest from the Asset Store so that it compiles before troubleshooting.

Also, make sure to upgrade to the very latest version of Bulk Audio Importer before reporting bugs to make sure it wasn't fixed in a newer version. There is no support for older versions!
