Hi,
i get "You have more than one instance of 'xxx' in Pool Boss. Skipping the second instance.", and i have non of those prefabs in either Prefab Pool nor Pool Boss.
The second issue is with Prefab Pools, alpha sort does not work.
I'm using core gamekit 3.2.7.8 on unity 2018.3.4f

I'm not going to be able to reproduce the first issue, you'll need to send me a package.
Alpha sort works in my example scene #1, I just tried.

I'll try importing the new version. Is there a way to update without deleting everything?

You can always update without deleting, but it's safer to delete, then close Unity, then import.
