I just purchased Master Audio Multiplayer and followed the super simple 'How to create your first Sound Effect' steps. I can't hear the audio when the speaker icon is pressed. My scene doesn't have any multiplayer code or functionality yet since we are testing in single player only at this point; but I purchased the multiplayer version since that is where we will end up. Mirror is imported into the project, but not referenced in any way. Can I actually use MAM in this configuration?

Thanks for your response. As I mentioned, we aren't actually using Any multiplayer functionality at present since our testing is in single player mode, but I purchased the multiplayer version for the future, wanting to get started with it in our single player setup. That means there is no network scripts added to any gameobject. I'm concluding that MAM can't really work in this situation. Since I already have MAM is it possible to get a copy of AM? Is there a upgrade path to MAM once AM has been incorporated into a project?

You can of course use it without any Network scripts, except you must put the MasterAudioMultiplayerAdapter script on Master Audio game object as the Event Sounds and a couple other scripts use it. And that code file does nothing unless you install the appropriate package (I mentioned the section for the Mirror installation).
Then, if you are "offline" or not connected to a room or are the only player in a room, MasterAudioMultiplayerAdapter will route all calls back to the normal single-player Master Audio stack.
So, follow the instructions in my first post, then add MasterAudioMultiplayerAdapter to the Master Audio game object, and you should be good. This is all in the Readme.PDF step by step.
Thanks, -Brian
