Using the latest Master Audio from the asset store, with Unity 2019.1.14f1.
Issues:
-Ambient sound script only triggers if audio listener is within ambient sound's max distance upon initial scene load / when the ambient sound object is first enabled. If this condition is not met, the sound will never be heard.
Repro steps:
- After loading the scene, position camera (with audio listener) within the max distance of the ambient audio source.
- Observe the audio is not audible.
- Disable the Ambient Sound Script.
- Re-enable the Ambient Sound Script.
- Observe the ambient sound will start to play as expected
- Leave the max distance of the ambient sound object so that the ambience stops playing.#
- Move the camera/listener back within the max distance of the ambient sound object.
- Observe that the sound does not play.

Thanks for the good repro steps. I will try and take a look in the next couple days and report back. I downloaded your example then deleted it from your post.
Please never post our code in a public forum. You could email us or send a private message.
However, I will need a package that is self-contained, i.e. contains Master Audio and everything needed to run.

No worries, I deleted all MasterAudio related code from the project before I uploaded it; the project you downloaded is as barebones as it gets and should contain everything you need to repro the issue after you reimport the MA package.

I appreciate that. Unfortunately, it won't actually work when I import the MA code. Something about Guid's not matching on import. You will need to send an example (use www.filemail.com if you like, it's free) that contains everything needed to just hit play and see the problem. Thanks!

I have fixed an issue with Ambient Sound today that the Ambient Sound will not play the 2nd time the trigger is entered. I can send you the beta if you email me with your Asset Store Invoice PDF file. Then you can check if your issue is still happening (should be fixed now).

The solution is to get the beta Master Audio from me by emailing me your Asset Store invoice PDF file. I will probably release the update next week.
