Hi, I'm using Unity's video player component and couldn't find anything regarding how I might play its audio through MA. I just want the video's audio volume to be affected by Master mixer volume. Would like to know your advice! Maybe just some script Update()ing every frame setting its volume to MA's master mixer volume??
Thanks, Jay

I know nothing about the video player. Got a link for more info? Bottom line, if it doesn't have an Audio source, we may not be able to do anything.

We can assign an AudioSource for it to use instead of its default "direct sound" method. Can we route that AudioSource through MA somehow?

Not currently, I'd have to code that. Will add to the roadmap.

Thanks! Also was just thinking about this again, as I also use Unity's built-in Timeline, which allows you to drop in audio clips/sources, which of course bypasses MA. Would be pretty handy!

I was trying to integrate Video Player with Master Audio, and found some weird things.
1) When using an AudioSource for the audio in VideoPlayer component, changing the volume / pan / spatial blend of the audio source after the audio starts playing has no effect.
For this reason, we will not be integrating with VideoPlayer.
I will file a bug with Unity about this, and if it's ever fixed, we may integrate

Never mind, I figured out the issue. I'm going to try and add integration now.
