I am no longer getting sound from this plug-in and I can no longer add sounds to the MA manager. This has been going on for a while and I have tried everything I can think of including completely removing and reinstalling MA. I do get the following error whenever I try adding new sounds.
MissingReferenceException: The variable audioSourceTemplates of MasterAudio doesn't exist anymore.
I am using unity 2019.4.10 and Atavism.
Please help

No idea how you would get that, but the easiest fix should be the following: 1) Uninstall the plugin by deleting all the MasterAudio folders. 2) Restart Unity, then reinstall Master Audio from the Asset Store.
If you don't restart Unity after deleting the files, it doesn't work the same.
You could also try switching the Inspector to debug mode and back and see if it fixes things.

Thank you. Those were helpful in resolving the issue.
Now I have another issue. Certain sounds will not play and produce the following error even though the bus has 32 voices.
T: 93.34463 - MasterAudio: All 1 children of Lightning Storm - Pulse were busy. Will not play this sound for this instance. If you need more voices, increase the 'Voices (Weight)' field on the Variation(s) in your Sound Group.
There are no variations to my sounds. Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, that's incorrect. Sound Groups are made up of one or more Variations. You can't have a Sound Group with zero Variations.
You can see all the Variations in the lower section of the Sound Group's Inspector. So, do what it says and increase the Voices (Weight) field for one or all of your Variations for that Sound Group. That number defaults to 1 and that controls the maximum number of that Audio Clip that can play at the same time. Your Bus' Voice Limit adds another layer of limit on top of that, but the first layer of control is the Voices field.

Okay but I don't have any variations to the 10 or so sounds that I dropped in. I just dropped in a folder with sounds.

You are tripping up on the terminology. Even if there is only 1 Audio Clip in the Sound Group, the sub-Game Object it creates is technically called a Variation. You must have at least 1 or you can't play that SFX at all. Not sure what you have selected in the options for the Mixer, but:
1) If you have 10 Sound Groups, they each have 1 Variation. 2) If you created a single Sound Group, it has 10 Variations.
You can see all the Variations for a Sound Group by clicking the gear icon for that Sound Group in the Mixer section.

Yeah ok so you have a bunch of Sound Groups with 1 Variation each. So go into each Sound Group (click on it) and you will need to increase the Voices field to the number of that Audio Clip you will allow to play at the same time.
