I was trying to spawn some images in my UI (coins) and have some difficulty to understand the position where they should spawn. I'm using Playmaker.
I'm in the understanding that I need to convert world space to screen space, is that correct? Because when I have placed a placeholder in the UI and use this as the spawn position, those coins always get spawned at 0,0,0.
What's the best approach to spawn precisely in a UI?

I have no idea. I'm not a UI guy. Probably a better question for the normal Unity forum. Basically it's the same as you'd do for an Instantiate on a UI, so it doesn't matter than you're using a pooler.
