Not sure if this is indeed PoolBoss related. I'm not a coder and even have difficulty to read the warning in the console. But I get this error:
Parent of RectTransform is being set with parent property. Consider using the SetParent method instead, with the worldPositionStays argument set to false. This will retain local orientation and scale rather than world orientation and scale, which can prevent common UI scaling issues.

But I think when setting the parent object of a spawned gameobject it should use transform.SetParent(transform) instead of transform.parent? Just guessing here, but thought I would ask anyways.
