Maybe you could post a tutorial for implementation of Master Audio in a 3d environment?

In particular, you have a few recently added features like the 'Footstep Manager' that aren't covered in the existing documentation (as far as I can tell)

In particular, you have a few recently added features like the 'Footstep Manager' that aren't covered in the existing documentation (as far as I can tell) We're not going to demo the Footsteps script in particular because we don't have any 3d people character models rigged for that. It's basically the same as the EventSounds script with less options. It makes it so you don't have to add 5 EventSounds scripts for 5 footstep sounds. Just use the 1 Footstep Sounds script for any number of different sounds. If you have a different request than that one we'll consider it. By the way, absolutely everything is covered in the manual. That's why it's so long. If you see something unclear or missing, do let us know.

hi, I still can't get the footsteps working anyone managed to get it working? I got a character on terrain using Mecanim animation system. I simply attached the footsteps script into him and I added variable footstep sounds, but nothing happens. no sound at all whether my character is moving or not. so how can I take full advantage of the script if its not working

Previously the footsteps script was broken and only the first Footstep sound defined would make a sound. In the most recent update of Master Audio, this bug was fixed. Make sure you're on the latest version.
It will only make sounds when the layer / tag filters are satisfied (so don't use any at first) and trigger or collisions happen. You will need Rigidbody and a collider. Your Terrain will need colliders on it too.
