Hello I just bought Master Audio and I do have 2 problems with using it .
1) a Big one : On Event in Playmaker ( restart level ) unity randomly crashes with
"There is no Master Audio prefab in this Scene. Subsequent method calls will fail. UnityEngine.Debug:LogError
(Object) MasterAudio:get_Instance() (at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Singleton/MasterAudio.cs:4867)
MasterAudio:RemoveCustomEventReceiver(ICustomEventReceiver)
(at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Singleton/MasterAudio.cs:4444) EventSounds:UnregisterReceiver()
(at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Events/EventSounds.cs:1638)
EventSounds:OnDisable() (at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Events/EventSounds.cs:411)
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an
object MasterAudio.RemoveCustomEventReceiver (ICustomEventReceiver receiver)
(at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Singleton/MasterAudio.cs:4444) EventSounds.UnregisterReceiver ()
(at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Events/EventSounds.cs:1638) EventSounds.OnDisable ()
(at Assets/DarkTonic/MasterAudio/Scripts/Events/EventSounds.cs:411)"
There is Master Aduio prefab
2) Music played by Playlist seems distorted but that could be some of the settings I didnt have time to check cause of my 1st problem ( I dont have problem with that music using normal sound clips

First One can by cured by " Presist Across Scenes Option " but thats not what I want
But the second one looks like music is affected by chenges in position of listener ( Listener is on the player ) can I bypass it for music ?

For #1, add this code at the beginning of PlaySounds method in EventSounds.cs:
if (MasterAudio.SafeInstance == null) { return; }
This will be in the next update, but we're currently unable to submit an update because of Asset Store tool problems.
For #2, I think you're under a false impression that Master Audio uses anything different than default Unity for its audio. It doesn't. It's all Audio Sources and Audio Clips. Try making your music 2D (usually works) or try different file formats for the music.
Hope that helps!

You'll need to explain more what this new problem is. Is that a Playmaker action? There are many "fade to volume" - type things. What does "lowering the voice" mean? Maybe you should email us at support@darktonic.com with some screen shots.
