Problems upgrading to Unity 5

Hello - I'm in the process of upgrading to Unity 5 today and I'm running into a MasterAudio issue.  It's throwing this error:

Playlist Controller is not initialized yet. It must call its own Awake & Start method before any other methods are called. If you have a script with an Awake or Start event that needs to call it, make sure PlaylistController.cs is set to execute first (Script Execution Order window in Unity).

I'm running the most recent version of both Unity and Master Audio.  Oddly enough, sometimes this error stops the game dead and sometimes it doesn't.  Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!
