Not using it at runtime.
I set the Slider to -30dB and hit the play button the sound is at Max Volume.
Repro steps
- Have Dynamic Sound group creator in the scene.
- Add a 2D Sound to it.
- Hit play from the DSGC (listen to the sound) Stop or let the sound play out.
- Set the Volume to -30dB
- Hit play from the DSGC
- The volume does not change.
- The -30dB setting also do not get set when you start the scene.
- It plays the sound at the Max Volume.

Yes I have imported it into a new project and tested your scene and I get the same behavior.
I think it works in runtime because the sound is in the Master Audio Prefab and the Volume behavior works as it should.
