I was wondering if the developers or other users had the chance to compare these two. I need to buy several licences for my company. I'm leaning towards Pool Boss just because we have Master Audio, but we're making mobile games and want our minimum requirements to be very low so we want to be very picky about performance. Any info will be appreciated. www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/38709

No idea, we've only used PoolManager and ours as far as pooling plugins. You don't need to be picky about a Pooling plugin though. They're all pretty good and don't need a lot of bells and whistles. It's about the easiest plugin to make out of any scripting asset, and they aren't buggy in our experience.
PoolManager and Pool Boss both did the job for us. Both have been life-savers for performance, literally. I would advise getting Core GameKit for $30 (on sale from $50), which includes Pool Boss and a ton more ridiculously useful functionality such as a global spawning system, dead simple combat, World Variables and more. If you only need pooling, why not save a few bucks and get FastPool if you have confidence in it. We haven't used it so we don't have an opinion.
Hope that helps!
