The vast majority of the time, we're not able to reproduce bugs reported by users from a description alone. So we no longer try since it takes longer to resolve that way and wastes time on both sides. Instead, you'll need to send us an example project that reproduces the error, with instructions. Note that you should remove the Core GameKit plugin before zipping up the project if you are going to post a link in the forums. This is so people who have not purchased the plugin can not obtain source code. We will install the latest from the Asset Store so that it compiles before troubleshooting.
Also, make sure to upgrade to the very latest version of Core GameKit before reporting bugs to make sure it wasn't fixed in a newer version. There is no support for older versions!
Tried sending it to info@DarkTonic.com and Support@Darktonic.com and I get domain error and they don't send properly. Is there another e-mail address I can use or should I just keep trying? I have a issue with taking damage outside of normal colliding.
Those email addresses are what we use. You should not send any projects as attachments though. They will be too large and most likely blocked. You will need to send a link to an externally hosted file instead, such as Dropbox.
