Alright, I've looked all over the forums for an answer to this and I can't find anything that helps my problem. I just updated unity as well as Core Game Kit (with the playmaker custom actions) in my project and all of the core game kit custom actions are showing up as Missing Actions. All of the playmaker custom actions are available and work correctly. I have updated and installed playmaker, core game kit, as well as the custom core game kit actions multiple times to no avail. I have also checked the GUID to see if it was not matching up, but it is. Here is a screenshot to hopefully better explain. Thanks, Drew

What folder are the Core GameKit custom actions in, in your Project View? Full folder path please.

Thank you for such a quick response! Here is the file path; I've recently removed playmaker and core game kit and reimported everything, but I still have my backup.

I just tried a new project, imported Playmaker and CGK, then installed the custom actions. I had no problem using the custom actions.
At this point I'm not sure how to help unless you want to send me your project to check out. Sorry. It should have something to do with compile order...
Do you have a compile error?
