We don't really handle weapons of any sort, except by collision / trigger. This is not a "complete game" package. We don't handle movement, AI, or stuff like that. I don't think we'll be adding that since I don't see how to do it and make it easy with no code.
For UGUI, use the included WorldVariableListener script. It's already there in your folder.

That's clear . defintely ..I was just thinking about killable script that need to detect a collision and from my understanding does not work if i shot a raycast ...

That is correct. Raycast has nothing to do with Collision / trigger. Though you could spawn something at the point of raycast hit I suppose so there was a collusion. Or you could directly call "TakeDamage" method on the Killable .
