Hi Just looking for a little help,
what would be the best way to enable and disable a gameobject after a triggered spawn wave such as a gate?

Use one of the Listener classes, such as LevelSettingsListener, which has places to add code to methods like WaveEnded.

i have tried using the TriggeredSpawnerListener but there doesn't seem to be a method for when the wave ends, my apologises if i have missed it.

unfortunately it needs to be after I've destroyed all of the items in that wave. something like the win event (wave completed and game not over)

Unfortunately that concept doesn't exist with Triggered Spawners. Waves there are "fire and forget". It doesn't know where its spawns are after they appear. There's only a timed repeat of those waves. There is no "elimination wave" for Triggered Spawners. That would take up far too much memory with all the wave types in each spawner.
Although you could possibly fake it by listening for certain World Variable values.
