Each Master Audio Group has several audio sources which is based on the "Voices (Weight)". I have about 50+ audios, so there are hundreds audio sources in my scene. It would have performance issue even if I don't trigger any sound. Is there any way to disable the GameObjects and only enable them when I need to trigger the audio clip?

My understanding is that having "too many game objects in scene" is only an issue if you are calling a lot of FindGameObjectByName or by tag or by component, which is something you never want to do except at scene startup anyway (best practice).
No you can't disable Sound Groups or Variations because they will break.
We have an iOS game with over 100 SoundGroups and it has great performance by the way.
Also, only Audio Sources that are playing or loading affect performance.
