I would like to get the effect of reaching the closed door, next to which I can hear muffled sounds from the room behind the door.
This would make a filter: Low Pass,
but I do not know how to dynamically change its value.
When a player decides to open the door the sound should be strengthened and Low Pass Filter should be removed also.
Both changes should be smooth.
How can I achieve this?

Option #1: Use the occlusion feature which will do this for you. Just tweak the frequencies.
Option #2: Use the PlaySoundResult object returned by MasterAudio.PlaySoundAtTransform (yes write a few lines of code) to change the filter of the .ActinvlgVariation object it has.
