This is very likely a general mobile OS audio issue than anything MA related. Thought I'd ask here too while looking for any leads..
I have this one game project for Android (which uses MA), where users are complaining that if they play other music than the in-game one (eg. from Spotify, game music muted) then that music volume decreases dramatically when they play the game. I've checked any setting I can think of both in MA and Unity, but haven't found anything even slightly related. Many users prefer listening other music than in-game one while playing, and also there are games which don't suffer from this kind of volume drop issues.
So I'm wondering; has anyone had this kind of situation? How did you solve it?
I found some forum posts online stating that a volume drop might occur eg. if Facebook app is running on the device. Can't confirm this because I don't use FB.

Yeah I have no idea about that. Likely an Android OS thing that Unity has no control over.
Let me know if you find any information.
