Hello -
I am new to Unity. I have been learning it on my own time for the past month or so picking up tidbits as I go along.
I recently purchased CGK, and as I was reading the manual; On page 2 it mentions "Syncro Spawners". Can anyone give me a definition on what a "Syncro Spawner" is? I think i already may know, but I like to verify my knowledge. I never assume anything. Please advise.

Syncro spawners are for the type of game where you set up X global waves (which are timed or elimination waves), and each global wave can have any number of Syncro Spawners that spawn things during that wave. So you could say wave #1 is 10 seconds and spawns objects from all 4 corners of the screen using 4 Syncro spawners.
Games that use Triggered Spawner instead don't even bother to set up global waves because those spawner types are triggered from other things like collisions / visible / etc.

Hmmm, I always think that my documentation is pretty dang thorough and clear, because that's what people usually tell me on their own. If you have any suggestions on some wording to change in the readme, or where to add an extra explanation, let me know.

Nah, it's clear; I just have a short attention span when it comes to reading anything. I start to stare off at the wall or I start to get thought about doing something else....I even sometimes get tired and have to go to sleep lol....Videos keep my attention much better. If it weren't for video training in college I probably would've never graduated....I still have text books from college that still have the new smell on the pages...
The document is good, its just me; or anyone else that has a short attention span when it comes to reading.
Plus I have loud people in my house; In fact I have loud people outside my house. The guy across the street from me blasts country music out of his garage almost everyday, its so loud you can hear it at the other end of the block.....He just sits outside with his "buddies" drinking beer and blasting country music lol...Definitely can't read anything with THAT going on....So its not you...its me; and where I live too...Good 'ol Texas, lol.
