I apologies about my english lol
I have an enemy playing sounds while walking like that: MasterAudio.PlaySound3DAtTransform(ppiedra, this.transform, 0.2f);
I hope player can get where is the enemy by using 3d at transform really?
But, how to play same sound that is configured in buss 3d to be 2d?
Best regards.

If you want to play a sound both in 3d and 2d (which is pretty uncommon), you'll need to place the same Audio Clip in a 2 different Sound Groups. The setting for 2d / 3d is at the Sound Group level and cannot be overriden by code.

Then, because i need it 3D to leave the player know where is the enemy, could be better if i use same MasterAudio.PlaySound3DAtTransform for the player?

If the player moves, you'd want PlaySound3DFollowTransform. "AtTransform" is for stationary objects.
