In Dynamic Sound Group Creator no. In Master Audio game object yes. You use Bulk Edit Mode. You could copy all the Sound Groups into Sound Group Organizer, then into Master Audio, use Bulk Edit Mode, then move them back into Sound Group Organizer then back into DSGC, but that's probably not any faster.
