I have a volume slider in the options menu and in the pause menu; I would like them both to cooperatively change the volume.
Both sliders have the "EventSounds" script; is this proper usage?
Currently I have both set up this way:
Action Type - Persistent Settings Control Persistent Settings Command - Set Mixer Volume Volume Mode - Use Slider Value
I am using one instance of MasterAudio which persists; actually, there is only one scene in the game. I am using the previous version; I have since got the newer but don't see any need to upgrade currently.
I am using MasterAudio for UI sounds and music playlist.
Indeed (why don't developers read minds these days?), so the Event Sounds script worked (Persistent Settings Command = Set Mixer Volume) for the options menu (the UI sounds volume changed with the slider) but did not work (Persistent Settings Command = Set Mixer Volume) on the pause menu (the playlist volume did not change with the slider).
I am just now seeing that perhaps Set Mixer Volume does not control the playlist volume? I thought it controls volume for everything.
