From within my main master audio prefab, if I select a group to edit, I get brought to the correct group, but if I click Back To Mixer, it brings me to one of our localized prefabs for some reason? Not sure what's going on here, this used to work just fine. I'm not sure why the group that is linked to the main MasterAudio prefab would suddenly go to a different one when trying to go back?

How are you clicking "back to mixer"? Are you clicking the Master Audio logo?

I'm wondering if it's just because I have too many Master Audio prefabs in one scene? It's just an audio setup scene for our audio guy and he does all his Master Audio work just in the one scene, then applies it to the rest of the game. It's not really something I can send you sadly. The other prefabs are made as child prefabs so things get copied over to them, then replaced with localized versions of VO, and the game decides which version of the prefab to use based on country. I'm not sure this is the intended way for MA localization, but it's the way we currently have it.

Well you can only have one in one Scene, so I'm not sure what you mean.
