I make a Shoot' em up game and setup level in separate scence. I don't know how to setup Core gamekit. Should I setup 1 levelwavesetting for all scene or each scene I have a levelwavesetting. If just 1 levelwavesetting for all scene, How do I know which level is completed (I setup level one in levelwavesetting for sence one, level two for scene two ) to stop spawning and continue spawn in next level(next scene). Please! help me. Thank you!

Normally you would do one LevelWaveSetting game object in each Scene with its own Levels and waves just for that Scene.
When your levels are over, it will fire a "GameOver" event that you can listen to by hooking up a LevelWaveSettingsListener and adding code to load another level. I would make a subclass of that so you can add different code for each level, or it could be one class that checks the current level to figure out what level to load.
