To upgrade..
There is a tab at the bottom of the Prefab now saying "Upgrade MA Prefab to V3.xx"
Is that all we have to do now to upgrade.
Do we still have to reimport the Playmaker package?

If you see that "Upgrade" button I'm afraid you're on a very very old version (6 months to 1 year, I forget). Hopefully that's all you need to do to upgrade, but you're going to have to read the release notes for all versions after the version you had before and scan for "breaking change" so you'll know what other settings you will need to check after the upgrade.
Yes, you should also delete any files installed by the optional packages such as Playmaker and reinstall those packages to get the latest.

Thanks. Not really that old...3 months maybe. I only recently purchased so it can't be that long ago....strange.
