I need sound for a logo. The logo is a few words that plop down on the screen, letter by letter (i.e. K-I-N-G-S, etc.) The logo works through an Animator component in Unity, and the individual letters appear to be triggered by Text scripts (under a Canvas Renderer). I could just design a sound for the length of the logo and trigger it on animation start, but I'm looking to fire individual sounds as the letters appear. Anyone have any luck triggering sounds from a Text script - is this even possible? I'm not having any luck finding the right Event to Activate in the Event Sound component. Which one would it be or how else would i do this?

As *anything* appears, if you had it as a disabled game object that becomes enabled, you can use the EventSounds script with the "enabled" event to play a sound. You could have individual game objects for each letter and do it that way.
