I've created some sound groups but I'd like to modify the Max Distance. I don't see a setting to adjust it. How can I adjust the distance properties of a sound group after I've created it? Thanks!

Each Variation (sub-game object) in the Sound Group has its own Audio Source with min / max distance.
So there's a couple ways.
You can use or modify "Audio Source Templates" in the Master Audio game object mixer section and bulk apply to any number of groups. Or you can just change the Audio Source on one of the Variations, then copy/paste it to the others. If you do that, you will lose any Audio Clip reference though so you'll need to set those again.

When I lose the audio clip reference, you are referring to the audio clip set inside of the AudioSource component if I was to copy/paste from another AudioSource to another, correct? I'm not losing a reference within the MasterAudio control panel, correct?

That is correct. This will only happen with Audio Clip sound effects, not Resource file or "file from internet".
