Delete PoolBoss then install Core Gamekit. Otherwise it wont compile. You'll have duplicate files.

ok but what do I do with all the set up in playmaker already done with all my objects? will all objects auto magically get added to the pool when instantiated? I get an error that sez pool boss no longer is a space

You will need to redo all that unfortunately.

Thats not an upgrade - Are you telling me that your own products are incompatible with one another but you say in your advertisement that Poolboss is included in core game kit?
Please fix that information as it's a trap for a user who is attracted to pool-boss and then buys core game kit expecting compatibility only to find that have to reset up all their pooling.

This will be in the next version. Thanks for letting me know. Playmaker_CustomActions.unitypackage (5.03 KB)

Yes, it is included with Core Gamekit, although a slightly different version with more functionality only available on the CGK exclusive "Killable" class. No, it's not an upgrade and there was no claim that it is. It's not a "paid upgrade" as the Asset Store does allow, nor is it any other kind of upgrade. I hear your frustration. It sucks to have to redo the Pooling Inspector setup. What is good is that if you already learned the Inspectors and the coding (if you need any coding), that will all carry over to the CGK version. No re-learning necessary. There's really no way for us to make it upgradable from one plugin to the other because of the way Unity tracks files (GUIDs), together with the slightly different functionality of the CGK version. I don't consider any information on the Asset Store pages misleading or a "trap", but would consider a different wording if you have any suggestions. I'm sorry if you feel trapped and we would offer you a refund of one plugin or the other if that's what you need for piece of mind.
