Is there a way to change the playback speed of music? Preferably with pitch correction.

You can do it with your own scripts if you like, but it will break gapless song transitions if you want those, since start time of the next song can only be accurate based on the pitch at time of start. If you want to script it and can't find the API, let me know.
With pitch correction? Absolutely not. Not even dedicated $400 DAW's like Sonar and Cubase can do this. Unity, which is orders of magnitudes less powerful in the audio department, definitely cannot.

Unity has audio pitch shifter effect, combined with it it should to the trick. If you're using ableton, you can try jack4u, since ableton does the job pretty neat (in normal slowdown/speed up rates of course, everything changed below/above 30% will sound crap). www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/19291
